Gave Me Cookie, Got You Cookie

Inspired by Nick Miller from New Girl.

This is a bright yellow base with a touch of gold shimmer and tonnes of silver flakes.
Opaque in 2 coats and swatches show with topcoat. Not glitter so should remove easily.
